Coaching & commitment
It is my commitment to show up in a fearless way providing you with all the tools and skills in order to assist you in achieving your goals but ultimately your success is your responsibility, you will get out what you put in and I cannot guarantee your success with this program, your success is your responsibility. You MUST take action and follow through with the tasks and assignments that are given to you.
It is your responsibility to commit to show up on time and open minded willing to be open and share during your coaching sessions. You need to be more committed to your success than I am because ultimately your success is your responsibility. From time-to-time things can crop up that affect your business and life in general and I ask that you raise these with me as soon as possible to ensure I can support you in the best possible way and adapt to your needs. In the same way, if you start to feel resistance towards the coaching, or are not following through, please let me know sooner rather than later. Being honest and upfront with yourself and me is actually an empowering experience and will aid in your growth and it means I can support you to move through these challenges. It’s part of my role to hold you accountable but I can only do so if I know what’s going on between sessions.
If at any time during our agreed period of coaching you decide that you do not wish to continue committing to the coaching program for any reason, please refer to the cancellations and refund policy below.
Coaching sessions are completely confidential, no information is ever shared with anyone else without your permission. However, from time to time I like to share case studies with other people who are ready to embrace their blissful journey. If your journey is used as inspiration you will not be identifiable from the case study unless you have given me prior consent.
I will respect your privacy at all times and I ask you to do the same for me and my company. Upon becoming a client, you agree not to use, copy or disclose any information, stories, tools, processes or procedures used within the coaching program in anyway without written permission first being granted. You also agree not to share or disclose any private passwords, URLs, videos or other content designed specifically for, or given to you.
Payment, Cancellations and refunds
Payments are made in advance at the start of your coaching program or via initial deposit at the start of your program and then in bi-weekly or 4 weekly instalments. Payments can be made via bank transfer, stripe or Paypal. If you need to cancel a coaching session, please try to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Your monthly payments are your retainer for the number of coaching sessions available to you that calendar month, cancelled sessions should aim to be taken within the same month and will only be rolled over to the following month, coaching sessions not used by the end of the following month will be lost. If you have a holiday booked during your coaching program, you can either double up on a session or carry it forward to extend the end of the program.
Your coaching support will end at the agreed end date unless you opt for a continuation of coaching which we can discuss towards the end of your plan.
Due to the nature of coaching support, time, commitment and availability given to coaching, there are no refunds. Once payment has been made your commitment is final. Unused or cancelled coaching sessions will not be refunded but can be rolled over if this is something we have previously agreed.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once coaching has commenced, you agree to make payments on time as agreed. I understand unexpected financial situations may arise at times and I ask you to be honest in talking to me as soon as possible in order for me to help you find a solution.
